SacredAngel photoshoot

A couple days ago I got to tag along on a band photo shoot. My sister Sarah happens to be the lead singer of this rock band, called SacredAngel. I was there for moral support, to keep Sarah warm between shots, and to take behind-the-scene's photos.

Sarah - thank you for being so gorgeous and for letting me be there.

To everyone else - be prepared for this awesome band's first CD which will be coming out sometime this year. It's gonna rock. And I'm not biased or anything... :)

Voice Recital

Sarah, Emily, and I had our voice recital last weekend. I wasn't really supposed to be in it, but Teresa couldn't make it and the girls had a trio they were supposed to sing, so I filled in for her. We sang first, and then my job for the rest of the recital was putting mics on everyone, it was pretty fun.

Shout To The Lord

Last week on American Idol, the top 8 sang "Shout to the Lord". We actually didn't see it, but found it on YouTube afterwards. It's really surprising that they would sing something like that on a secular show! But they did and they sounded pretty good.

Piano Pieces

I have been taking piano for about four years. For the first few years, my older sister Sarah taught me, and now I take lessons from the accompanist for my older sisters voice recitals, she's really good. So here is me playing my fingers off. I love playing the piano! It is the foundation to playing any other instrument. I had a piano lesson today, and I passed three of my songs and got three new ones.
