100

This is our blog's 100th post. This post will be a strange one about the number 100, and very random. But this is what I came up with.
A speed limit somewhere.

A 100 year old going paragliding. Oh yeah!

100 hula hoops going all at once! I can barely keep one going.

And 100 skydivers in a canopy formation.

Flowers and Bees

There were bees all over our eccenacia flowers a couple days ago. Good little bees, staying healthy.

Painting the Loft

My friend Natalie had me over to help her paint the 'loft' above their garage. So with about five mostly used paint cans, we set out. This is just the first coat.
The 'before' picture, Natalie mixing the paint.
The very amazing painters.
It was amazing how long it took just to do the part we did! And it wasn't even half of it, and it will have to be done all over again because it was only the first coat. It took about three hours, and by the time we were done I had a very sore throat. And it wasn't really from the painting, I had felt a little funny that morning, but it just got bad right then. At least we got that much done. :)
While I was lying on the couch being miserable waiting for Mom to pick me up, Natalie very kindly took some pictures of the finished product.
It looks really cool with the white paint. The two end walls will be painted a different color, Nat hasn't decided yet. I can't wait to see what it looks like after it's all done!

Mini Golf

Last night we went to a mini golf place. Actually that would be the mini golf place because that's where we go all the time.

I golfed pretty horribly, but I ended up getting second place somehow, Dad got first.

Anna and I sitting in the train.

I love this one. :) The golf ball is in the air. How about that timing?
And my favorite, the windmill. I haven't gotten it through in forever.
Over the bridge.
And then we went and had ice cream, and it was yummy.

Camping Trip - Day 3

Monday morning, Emily, Anna, and I took a morning walk because we were up anyway and it was nice outside. We wandered around the camp roads and watched people eating breakfast or getting up, or packing up. It was very entertaining. And we made strage shadows and took pictures of them.

And then we packed up.
And then we headed over to Taughanock Falls and took the hike.

The falls.
Emily, Mom, Dad and Anna.

We were walking behind these people who's little girl was lagging behind them and right in front of us. She had these tiny feet and was wearing these huge flip-flops, it was so funny! I had to take a picture.
There's this fence thing we drive by sometimes that is made up of all of these bike parts. We were driving by it, but I managed to get a picture of it through the window. I think it's pretty sweet. :)

So that was our first camping experience with our camper!

Swimming and Such

I've been pretty busy the last few days, but I think I'll have time for a real post tomorrow. We didn't put our pool up this year because it was small, old, and the liner needed to be replaced for the upteenth time. But our aunt has been letting us come over to her house and swim at her pool which is pretty nice and big and has a diving board. We went yesterday and we're going again today. Yes!

Camping Trip - Day 2

It rained all day Sunday, but we stayed nice and dry inside the camper. We played games and read all day. But first we started off the day by making and eating a yummy breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, and grapes. We called Mr. C our human Swiss army knife. He rigged us a canopy out of a tarp and some rope so that we could eat outside. I happened to be sitting directly under a drip, but the rest of the people stayed dry. :)
Me, Emily, and Jessica reading our books.
This is how Dad read his book. LOL
Playing a card game called 'golf'. This was after we played a marathon game of scattergories. We went through all of the lists 1-12. The second half we got into teams. Mr. and Mrs. C won most of them. That was pretty fun. We also played Loaded Questions.
Emily, Jessica, and Anna, all squeezed on one side of the table.
Dad, Mom, and me on the other side.
This is how our campsite looked from the road.
Mrs. C barbecuing some really good chicken. We also had some salads to go along with it and ate in a pavilion by the lake.

I love rocks I must say. Especially these big ones by the water.
And the sun was setting and looked really cool.

A sweet bridge.
On the bridge.
Around the campfire at the end of the day.
And so ended the second day...
