My favorite quote from two ski-clubs ago: (riding up the lift with our instructor)
Instructor: "I hate to say this, but you guys are suprisingly normal for homeschoolers."
Natalie and I have been laughing about it for a week. I should have asked him what his definition of 'normal' was. :D

I like it when people find out I'm a homeschool graduate and their mouths are in large 'O's :O so i usually sum it up with this:
"yeah I was homeschooled AND i graduated with a 4.0GPA AND i was popular in highschool. I kind of defied the odds, huh?"

one time @ our co-op, we were making pinata's for the younger kids and on the boxes of Nerds candy we wrote Homeschooled above the label. ;)
Morgan, your response is hysterical! It is casual but makes a nice point wihtout going into embarrassing, not to mention nerdy,explanations.
